This week is a side leg and butt workout. It is so important to work into these muscles because they support your pelvis, which in turn helps you with balancing on one leg and bringing the pelvis back into alignment. All to often we only think about doing squats and lunges to work our legs and we forget about our side line. When you are doing these exercises keep checking in with the alignment of your torso and connection in your core, these will directly affect the how well the movement is executed.
