This Movement Monday we are doing a plank series core workout. What is so amazing about planks is, you can do them anywhere and they fire into your core and they are a full body challenge. Join me to do some planks and then we will add some more challenging versions as well. Remember to do what you can but push past your comfort zone, your mind gives up before your body does, so when it starts saying I can’t do this anymore, (don’t listen it’s lying to you) try holding for 5 secs longer.
